Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your service at any time to meet your budget and business objectives. If you want to spice it up a bit at holiday time and then back off after a sale or promotion, just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you! Try to give us a few weeks’ notice if possible – your monthly billing cycle will always be the same, so you’ll know when you are billed and what services and products you are utilizing.
Do you have a setup fee?
No setup fee here! We are confident that the services and products we deliver will exceed your expectations! We will work hard to get you up and running, and the pressure is on us to deliver.
Do you have a service term?
No service term either! We are confident that we will build and establish the right content to reach your target audience with our team of Implementation Specialists, Writers, Research Analysts, and your dedicated Account Manager. We are so confident in our people, products, and services that we offer a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with your results in the first 30 days – guaranteed!
Can I cancel my service?
While we would hate to see you leave, we understand that things change and you may want to cancel your service. Just let us know in writing and your billing will stop the following month. We will keep all your sites, campaigns, and data active for up to 60 days in case you change your mind. And yes, we will still call you with your performance results to try and get you back!
What if I already have a website?
That’s great! Many of our customers come to us already having their own websites. We can backlink to your website if you prefer, or build a new one for you. Our sites are designed with compelling Calls to Action intended to evoke a response, such as visiting your storefront or calling you.
We use the latest technologies to build sites that interact with your social media channels to create an action on the part of your customer. It’s your choice – have no website, use your existing one, or have multiple sites. We want what is best for you and your business.
Can I hire you for just email marketing or social media management?

We want to learn everything about you so we can craft content that is original and relevant, with the proper keywords associated with your business and industry to maximize your chances of being found online. After a few months, we will have more analytics available about the demographics of your audience and continue to tailor the content to attract the most important audience: your customers, both present and future!
Can I contact my Social Media Account Manager?
Yes! We encourage you to talk to us via Live Chat and email. If you don’t, we’ll call you! Your Social Media Account Manager will reach out to you every month to review the performance of all our efforts. Our services are built on a relationship with your Account Manager and we only hire the best. We are confident you’ll be impressed!
How can I measure my results?
Every month, we review your results with you. We will call you to review, but if you are busy, on vacation, or just want to see it, we will send you a detailed report showing you web visits, page views, social media interaction results, and who is looking at you online…in detail. Results are important, and they are the core of our business model and the services we provide for you.
How does email marketing work?
Email marketing is one way to engage with your customers and future customers. We provide you all the tools, functionality, and templates to create a quick “touch” to those customers with full reporting. What if I already have a Facebook Page?
Great! Our team of specialists will walk you through the steps of adding your dedicated Social Media Account Manager as an Admin to your account so they can add posts and handle the advertising for your business.
Why do I need to add you as an Admin to my Facebook Page? Does this mean you’ll be able to see my personal Facebook?
Giving your Social Media Account Manager access to your Facebook page is important – without this, we aren’t able to post unique and content-rich posts to your business page. This is completely separate from your personal Facebook profile; granting our staff Admin access only allows us access to your Business Page and its settings. Rest assured – we won’t have access to your personal profile or information.
How do I know if I have a Facebook Ad Account?
If you aren’t sure whether you have a Facebook Ad account or not, your Implementation Specialist will walk you through the steps of uncovering an ad account you may have forgotten about. If you do have an existing account, we will need you to deactivate it. Your Implementation Specialist will also walk you through this process.
What if I can’t make my Social Media call this month?
Not a problem! Your Social Media Manager will send you a report via email detailing the month’s digital activity. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to your dedicated Account Manager at any time.
